We want you to love every fragrance you order from Parfum Sniche. If something doesn’t feel right, here is exactly how returns work.
Eligibility
- You have 3 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
- We’ll reply with a return authorisation and the shipping address.
- Send the package back using a tracked carrier — return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged, broken or with the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will replace it at no extra cost.
